6th Grade World History


Students will begin our study of Egyptian mummification.  Students will be introduced to the practice of embalming.  Tomorrow, an Egyptian Shesbat (mummification specialists) will visit the class and performed a mummification with the help of World History students.  Students will be able to identify the important steps in the mummification process with 98% accuracy.  Students will be able to explain the purpose of the important steps of the mummification process with 93% accuracy.  Students will be able to explain the role mummification played in the Egyptian religion with 98% accuracy.
