Students will begin our study of
Egyptian mummification. Students will be introduced to the
practice of embalming. Tomorrow, an Egyptian Shesbat (mummification
specialists) will visit the class and performed a mummification with the help of
World History students. Students will be
able to identify the important steps in the mummification process
with 98% accuracy. Students will be able to explain the purpose of the important steps of the mummification process with 93% accuracy. Students will be able to explain the role
mummification played in the Egyptian religion with 98% accuracy.
