Students will begin our study of early attempts to colonize America. Students will be able to identify similar and different characteristics of the early colonies (goals, location, demographics, success, failures, etc) with 95% accuracy. Students
will compare and contrast the early colonies, including an brief evaluation of
successes and failures. Students will then utilize their understanding of
the early American colonies to shape their predictions about the direction of
America and the psychology of America.
