8th Grade American History

Students will conclude our examination of Article I of the Constitution.  Students will be able to explain in detail with examples the main task of Congress with 100% accuracy.  Students will be able to describe the powers of Congress including but not limited to necessary and proper clause, limits to power, taxation, defense, welfare, commerce, and impeachment with 90% accuracy.
