Students will begin our study of the African Congo. Students will be able to identify significant features of this region with 100% accuracy. Students will use their knowledge of this region to compare and contrast the Congo with Amazon with 96% accuracy. Students will begin researching a specific African culture for a Google Doc presentation. Students will collaborate with their peers after investigating and gathering appropriate information. Students will have three class work days and have been given a rubric. Presentations are due 4/9/12 and presentations will begin 4/10/12. New podcasts for studying have been posted.
