Students
will conclude our examination of Egyptian hieroglyphics, how language
has progressed from the previous languages we have studied, and it's
influence on Egyptian culture. Students will then perform a comparative
analysis of significant Egyptian pharaohs. Students will utilize their
new understanding of significant Egyptian pharaohs and combine it with
their previous understanding of gender roles in Egypt to produce a
collective hypothesis for the change over time of pharaoh roles and
genders to the modern era.
